Seagrove is an entrepreneurially-driven, commercial development company that focuses on retail oriented credit tenant projects. Its principals are Rick Edwards, David Gilmore and Ryan Edwards.
Seagrove’s success is based on a simple strategy of developing strong relationships with tenants, property owners, brokers and cities, and devising and executing a game plan that meets the requirements of all project participants. Seagrove’s relationships with national and regional retailers allows Seagrove to market its development projects efficiently and aggressively.
Seagrove pro-actively manages all aspects of the development process, adding value by delivering quality and striving to exceed schedule and budget requirements thereby affording maximum return on investments. All of our activities are completed with integrity, accountability and professionalism.
Investment decisions are based on evaluating the quality of the tenant’s credit, the quality of the lease document, and the quality of the real estate.
Since 1997, Seagrove has completed over 100 commercial development projects in both Northern and Southern California, ranging in size from 4,000 to 400,000 square feet. Collectively, the partners at Seagrove have developed over 7 million square feet of retail space primarily in the Western United States. Currently, Seagrove undertakes approximately 4-6 development projects each year.
